Pepys supports public Dropbox shared-file links. Paste the link into the URL field, and Pepys validates the file, imports the audio or video, and starts transcription. Folder links and files that cannot be downloaded are not supported.

Do I connect my Dropbox account?
No. Pepys currently imports an individual public shared-file link; it does not request access to your Dropbox account.
Can I paste a Dropbox folder link?
No. Share the individual audio or video file instead.
Why was my link rejected?
Check that it is a Dropbox shared-file link, that downloads are enabled, and that the file is within the supported import limit.
