What's a credit?
1 credit = 1 minute of audio. 60 credits = 1 hour. We price in hours and meter in minutes – you only pay for what you transcribe. Speaker labels use 3 credits per minute.
What do I get when I buy?
Every pro tool unlocks the moment you buy any pack – speaker labels, batch, the API, and word-level exports. They stay unlocked for good, even after you've used up those hours. You only ever top up the minutes. Buying also lets you keep chosen recordings instead of letting them auto-delete.
Is anything free forever?
Yes. Transcription, AI summaries and chat, translation, and TXT/Markdown/SRT/VTT exports are free forever – on your 60 free minutes and on any credits you buy.
Do credits really never expire?
Never. They sit in your account until you use them – no monthly reset, no 'use it or lose it'.
Is there a subscription?
Only for teams. Personal use is pay-as-you-go: you buy a block of hours when you need them, they never expire, and nothing renews. A team workspace is a flat monthly plan with shared hours each month and no per-seat fees, and hours you don't use stay banked.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are final – but credits never expire, and you only ever buy what you need. Anything you don't use just waits in your account until you do. Charged by mistake? Email us and we'll sort it out.
Do you train on my audio?
Never. We don't train on your audio or transcripts, and you can auto-delete your audio after processing.
